Arrival Thursday evening for dinner
Organization of Friday and Saturday:
8 am-9.30am Yoga Class
9:30 am Breakfast
10:30 am Manual activities, discovery workshops
12:30 pm Lunch
3 p.m. Hiking
6 p.m.-7 p.m. Pilates class or restructuring relaxation
7:30 p.m. Dinner
Surprise activity after dinner: game night, film, nidra yoga class, ... to choose all together!
Departure on Sunday afternoon (lunch included)
Meals are prepared with fresh and organic products from the region.
